If you have any dissatisfaction with the purchased tea and related products, you can apply for return and exchange under the following conditions. We will do our best to handle it for you. 

Return and Exchange Conditions and Time Limits 
Quality Issues: If the received tea product has problems such as missing packaging, deterioration, abnormal flavor, or the accompanying tea sets have cracks or damages (non-human-induced quality issues), you can apply for return and exchange within 14 days after receiving the product. We will cover the return and shipping costs. 
Wrong Delivery / Missing Delivery: If the received product does not match the order information (such as incorrect variety or specification), or there is a missing delivery situation, please contact us within 7 days after signing for the delivery. We will free of charge re-deliver the correct product or process a refund for you. 
Personal Reasons: If you wish to return or exchange the product due to personal taste preferences, you must ensure that the tea product is not opened, the packaging is intact, and it is not damaged for secondary sale. You can apply within 15 days after receiving the product. The return shipping costs need to be borne by you. 

Return and Exchange Process 
Submit Application: Contact us via email service@chinaecotea.com, providing the order number, reason for return and photos of the product status (if it is a quality issue, please take photos of the problem details), and we will review and reply within 1-2 working days. 
Confirm Plan: After the review is passed, we will inform you of the specific handling plan (return and refund, exchange, re-delivery, etc.) and provide the return address (if returning). 
Return Products: Please package the product according to our instructions and send it back. It is recommended to use a traceable logistics method when returning, and keep the logistics tracking number for inquiry. 
Completion of Return: After receiving the returned product and inspecting it, we will complete the refund (return to the payment account) or issue a replacement product within 3-5 working days and inform you of the processing result via email. 

Refund Explanation 
The refund amount will be calculated based on the amount you actually paid, including the product cost and (if applicable) the freight we promise to cover. 
The refund arrival time depends on the payment method and the bank processing speed. It is usually 7-15 working days, and the specific time can be consulted with your payment platform or issuing bank. 
If you choose to exchange the product, we will send the new product as soon as we receive the returned product, without requiring you to pay additional fees (except for the return shipping costs due to personal reasons). 

Inapplicable Return and Exchange Situations 
The tea product has been opened, the packaging is damaged or has been used, affecting secondary sale (except for quality issues). 
Exceeding the specified return and exchange time limit. 
Due to improper storage (such as damp or high-temperature environment) causing the tea product to deteriorate. 
Products not sold through our official channels or with a product serial number that does not match the order information. 
The returned product is inconsistent with the product applied for return and exchange, or lacks accompanying accessories or gifts.
