Payment time and order confirmation
After submitting an order on our website, you need to complete the payment within 24 hours. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled to ensure the rational allocation of inventory resources.
After successful payment, we will send you an order confirmation email within 1-2 working days, including order details, payment amount, and estimated delivery time, etc. If you do not receive the confirmation email after payment, please check your spam folder or contact us via email at service@chinaecotea.com to inquire.
Exchange rate and fee explanation
All product prices are marked in US dollars (USD), and during payment, the settlement will be made according to the real-time exchange rate corresponding to the payment method you choose. There may be a slight difference from the displayed amount on the order, and the specific amount will be based on the actual deduction by the payment platform.
We do not charge additional fees, but your bank or payment platform may charge cross-border transaction fees, currency conversion fees, etc. The relevant fees are your responsibility and we recommend that you consult your issuing bank or payment platform for details.
Payment security guarantee
We use industry-leading encryption technology (such as SSL encryption) to protect your payment information, preventing illegal acquisition or tampering of information during transmission.
We do not store your complete bank card information. All payment operations are completed through cooperative third-party payment institutions, which comply with international payment security standards (such as PCI DSS), providing multiple guarantees for your funds security.
Refund processing
If your order meets the refund conditions (such as product quality issues, wrong delivery, etc.), we will arrange a refund within 3-5 working days after confirming the refund application. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account in its original form.

Invoice issuance
