Delivery Area 
Currently, our tea products can be delivered to most areas of the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). For some remote areas or regions with logistics restrictions, there may be additional delivery time or costs. Transportation Methods 
We have established long-term partnerships with several professional international logistics service providers. Based on the weight, volume of the tea products and your requirements, we offer the following two main transportation methods: 
Standard Transportation: Offers good value for money and is suitable for daily tea purchases. It is delivered through a combination of international logistics and local US express services, with full tracking available throughout the process. 
Express Transportation: If you wish to receive the tea products as soon as possible, you can choose the express transportation service. It uses priority air freight channels to shorten the transportation cycle and meet your urgent needs. 

Freight Calculation 
The freight is calculated based on the total weight of the tea products, the transportation method and the delivery address. The specific fees will be displayed automatically when you complete the order settlement. Additionally, we regularly offer freight discount activities, such as free shipping for certain amounts. Delivery Time 
Standard Transportation: Generally, from China, it is expected to take 10-15 working days to deliver to most areas of the United States. Due to factors such as weather and customs clearance, there may be a delay of 1-5 working days. 
Express Transportation: Usually 8-12 working days for delivery, saving you more waiting time. 

Logistics Tracking 
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a logistics tracking number and a query link via email. You can log in to the relevant logistics platform, enter the tracking number to query the real-time transportation status of the tea products, including shipment, customs clearance, transfer and delivery, allowing you to have a clear understanding of the tea products' journey. 

Important Notes 
Please accurately fill in the recipient's address, contact person and contact number when placing an order to ensure the information is correct, to avoid delays or loss of tea products due to incorrect addresses. 
During transportation, we will use professional packaging materials to prevent the tea from getting damp or damaged. However, due to long-distance transportation, there may be some jolts. If the packaging of the tea products you receive shows slight compression, it does not affect the quality of the tea. Please feel free to drink it; if there is severe damage or other issues, please contact us via email within 24 hours after signing for the delivery. We will handle it properly for you.
