Guarantee your tea purchase rights and provide reliable after-sales service 


Dandong City Huatao Culture Media Co., Ltd. is committed to providing you with high-quality tea and related products. To ensure your consumer rights and interests, we have specially formulated this warranty policy, which offers warranty services for situations caused by the quality issues of the products themselves.

Warranty Scope
This warranty policy only applies to the tea packaging and accompanying tea sets (if any) sold by us. Specifically, it includes:
Tea packaging that is damaged or leaks due to non-human factors, affecting the storage of the tea.
Tea sets (such as tea pots, tea cups, etc.) with manufacturing defects, such as cracking, leakage, loose parts, etc., which are not caused by human factors.


Warranty Period
The warranty period for the tea packaging is within 14 days from the date you receive the tea products.
The warranty period for the accompanying tea sets varies depending on the product type. Generally, it is within 90 days from the date of receipt, subject to the product manual or the label at the time of purchase. 


Warranty Process
If the product you purchased meets the warranty conditions, please follow the following process to apply for warranty service: 
During the warranty period, contact us via email at service@chinaecotea.com, providing your order number, description of the product issue, and clear photos or videos of the problem, so that we can verify the situation. 
Our customer service team will review your application within 1-2 working days. Once it is confirmed to be within the warranty scope, we will inform you of the specific handling plan, which usually includes reissuing the same product or replacing with an equivalent one. After we receive the returned product and confirm the issue, we will arrange for the reissuance or replacement within 3-5 working days and inform you of the new shipping information via email. 


Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The following situations are not covered by the warranty and we will not provide warranty services:
Damage caused by human factors, such as accidental drops, collisions, compressions, exposure to high temperatures, unauthorized disassembly or modification, etc.
Decay or flavor changes of the tea due to improper storage (such as not sealing as instructed, being placed in a humid environment, etc.).
Products beyond the warranty period.
Products not sold through our official channels.
Products with altered, removed, or illegible serial numbers. 


Other Notes
This warranty policy is supplementary to your legal rights and does not affect other rights you are entitled to under relevant laws and regulations.
For products within the warranty scope, we will choose to reissue, replace, or adopt other reasonable solutions based on the actual situation. The specific solution will be determined through communication with the customer service.
