Regarding tea products 
Q1: How long is the shelf life of tea? How should it be stored to maintain the best flavor? 
A: The shelf life of different types of tea varies. Green tea and black tea usually last for 18-24 months, oolong tea for 2-3 years, and Pu'er tea can be stored for a long time. It is recommended to seal the tea and store it in a cool, dry, and dark place, away from odors, to maintain its aroma and taste.

Q2: Can you provide instructions for brewing different types of tea?
A: Of course. The detail pages for each type of tea come with English brewing guidelines, including suggestions on water temperature, brewing time, and tea dosage. You can also contact us via email to obtain more personalized brewing techniques. 
Regarding Orders and Payments.

Q3: How to place an order? What payment methods are supported? 
A: You can place an order directly through our official website. Select the tea items you like and fill in the delivery information. Payment methods include international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and PayPal, which are internationally recognized channels to ensure

secure and convenient payment. 
Q1: Can the order be modified or cancelled after it has been submitted?
A: If you need to modify or cancel the order, please contact us via email before the order status shows as "Not Shipped". Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can apply for a return after receiving the tea products (please refer to the after-sales service terms for details).
Q2: How can I check the order status?
A: After the order is submitted, we will send an order confirmation email. After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number. You can use this number to check the real-time status on the corresponding logistics platform. 

Regarding transportation and delivery
Q1: How long does it take for the tea products to arrive in the United States after being  shipped from China?
A: Standard shipping usually takes 10-15 working days, and expedited shipping takes 8-12 working days (the specific time is affected by destinations, customs clearance, etc.). You can choose the appropriate shipping method when placing the order.
Q2: How is the shipping cost calculated? Is there a free shipping offer for orders over a certain amount?
A: The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the tea products, the shipping method, and the delivery address. The specific amount will be displayed on the system when you place the order. We regularly offer free shipping offers for orders over a certain amount. Information about the offers will be announced on the homepage of our website. We recommend that you keep an eye on the updates of the offers.
Q3: What should be done if the tea products are damaged during transportation?
A: We use professional packaging to protect the tea products. However, if the tea products are damaged due to transportation, please contact us via email within 24 hours after signing for the delivery and provide photos of the damage and your order information. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for you. 


Regarding after-sales service
Q1: If the tea product received does not match the expectation, can it be returned?
A: Within 14 days after receiving the tea product, if the tea product has not been opened and is in good condition, you can apply for a return. We will process the refund for you after receiving the returned tea product (the return shipping fee needs to be borne by you). For returns due to quality issues, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.
Q2: How to apply for after-sales service?
A: Please contact us via email at service@chinaecotea.com, stating your order number, problem description and requirements. We will reply and provide a solution within 1-2 working days.


Regarding privacy and data
Q1: How will you handle my personal information? Will it be disclosed to third parties?
A: We strictly abide by the privacy policy. Your personal information is only used for order processing, delivery and customer service. It will not be disclosed to third parties without your permission (except as required by laws and regulations). For details, please refer to our "Privacy Policy" page.
Q2: How to update or delete my personal information?
A: You can contact us via email and request to update or delete your personal information. We will handle it promptly after verifying your identity in accordance with relevant regulations.
