Every step of the order process, from placing the order to receiving it, can be clearly and easily traced, allowing you to wait patiently for the tea aroma to arrive.
Tracking methods
Email notification: When your order status changes (such as confirmation of payment, shipment, customs clearance in progress, about to be delivered, etc.), we will automatically send a notification email to the email address reserved when placing the order, which includes detailed order information and corresponding tracking instructions.
Official website inquiry: You can log in to our official website, find the "My Account" page, and enter the "Order Management" section to input the order number or the associated email address to view the real-time status, logistics track, and estimated delivery time of the order.
Logistics platform inquiry: After the order is dispatched, we will provide the logistics tracking number and the corresponding third-party logistics platform in the email: https://www.17track.net/zh-cn. You can check the latest status of your order on the logistics platform and obtain more detailed transportation node information.
Tracking process
After placing the order: After the order is submitted and successfully paid, the status will show as "Pending", and we will complete the order review within 1-2 working days. Once the review is passed, the status will be updated to "Processing", indicating that the tea products are being prepared and the shipment is being arranged.
After shipment: After the tea products are dispatched, the status changes to "Shipped". At this time, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, and you can use the above methods to query the logistics track. The logistics information is usually updated every 24-48 hours, depending on the information synchronization frequency of the logistics service provider.
Customs clearance stage: If the order shows "In Customs Clearance", it means that the tea products have arrived at the US customs and are undergoing inspection. The customs clearance time is usually 1-5 working days. If additional information is needed, the customs or logistics party will contact you by email or phone. It is recommended to keep communication channels open.
In transit: After customs clearance is completed, the order status changes to "In Transit", and the logistics platform will display the estimated delivery time and the information of the courier responsible for delivery (in some regions, support for delivery). You can communicate with the delivery party about delivery details (such as changing the delivery address, rescheduling the delivery time, etc.) as needed.
Received and signed: After the tea products are successfully delivered and signed for, the order status is updated to "Completed", and you will receive a confirmation email for receipt. If you do not receive the tea products but the status shows "Received", please contact us immediately via email service@chinaecotea.com and we will assist you in verifying with the logistics party.
Tracking information content
Order basic information: Order number, order placement time, name and quantity of the tea products purchased, payment amount, etc.;
Logistics nodes: The time the tea products were dispatched from the Chinese warehouse, the transit stations they passed through, the time they arrived in the US, the start / completion time of customs clearance, the starting point of local delivery and the estimated arrival time, etc.;
Exceptional prompts: If there are delays or holdups during transportation, the tracking information will display the specific reasons and the estimated resolution time. We will inform you immediately via email and assist in handling the issue.
Notes
Please ensure your email address is accurate and can receive emails (including spam mailboxes) to avoid missing important order status notifications.
Logistics information has a certain delay in updates. If you query immediately after receiving the shipment notification, the track may not be displayed temporarily. It is recommended to try again after 1-2 hours.
If the tracking information is not updated for more than 3 days or shows "Logistics Exception", please contact us via email service@chinaecotea.com, providing the order number and tracking number, and we will immediately communicate with the logistics service provider to find out the reason and inform you.
