1. Return & Exchange Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 


 

2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

The product must not be damaged, altered, or soiled.

You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

 


 

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

Tea products that have been opened or used.

Gift cards or vouchers.

Items marked as final sale or clearance.

 


 

4. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service Team: Reach out to us at service@chinaecotea.com to notify us of your return or exchange request. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

Receive Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Ship the Item Back: Return the item(s) to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.

 


 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

 


 

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us directly. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. If there is a price difference, we will either issue a refund or charge the additional amount depending on the new item selected.

 


 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with clear photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Shipping fees for damaged or defective items will be covered by us.

 


 

8. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside of the United States or Canada, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
